Why I do this
My experience
My unique breadth of experience enables me to be a highly effective change agent, in any context.
From global banks to startups to fintechs and consultancies, across financial services, gaming and government, the high points in my 25-year career come from inspiring and enabling others to discover better ways of getting things done.
I am a student of leadership and have been personally leading people since I was 14 years old in teams of 2-700+ people, and inspired communities of hundreds into action, with no hierarchical influence.
After 20 years of technology delivery experience, from UK to Middle East to Asia, my last five years have been spent learning and implementing ways to improve organisational agility. My value lies in combining agility, Design Thinking, Lean, learning design & delivery, facilitation and coaching to determine the way forward. This experience is complemented by my Birkbeck, University of London MSc Organisational Psychology, specialising in Leadership and Organisational Change.
Most recently, I led the New Ways of Working capabilities and Design Thinking transformation for a global bank, including a world-class Ways of Working Playbook (no, it was not a PowerPoint document), bespoke learning pathways, New Ways of Leadership workshops and the co-creation of a bank-wide Leadership Agreement to help leadership understand the expectations of them. I am a frequent speaker and panellist on these topics.
I am now excited to be working with leaders and teams from multiple organisations, big and small, who want to create an environment where they, their customers and their organisations can thrive.

This matters to me because I have seen and personally experienced the harm to people, and organisation's long-term success, triggered by thoughtless or ego-centric leadership. Conversely, great leadership benefits not just the organisation, it's customer's and it's people, but their families and communities too.
Leaders have an outsized influence on the way that work gets done and a responsibility to give their teams the clarity and resources to get important work done effectively. That's not as easy as it sounds, and that's where my experience comes in.
My purpose is to enable more people to thrive, by inspiring leaders and organisations to think and act differently.

Some of my notable projects include developing a digital marketing strategy for a global tech company, implementing a customer service training program for a retail chain, and leading a business transformation initiative for a manufacturing company.

I have worked with teams to implement effective remote work practices, enhance virtual communication and collaboration tools, and create a culture of trust and accountability in a remote work environment.
