This book is relevant for any transition in life. I found it as I, and many people around me, faced redundancy (read about my experience and tips here).

It helped me make sense of what I was feeling. Backed by years of research, and the author's personal experience, it was my companion as I navigated the stages of Ending>Nothing>New beginnings.

It made it ok to take some time to do nothing for a while. There is a lot to process whilst doing nothing, which is essential to move forward healthily. It then gave me some tools to move forward. I hope it's as useful for you.

Infinite Game by Simon Sinek

This book has been criticised for being too simplistic, but it contains some important basics about the short-term thinking that limits organisations and people from thriving.

Great things can happen when leaders act with trust, a mindset of abundance, and an intent to constantly improve and keep playing rather than win the game at all costs.

Pleasantview Gem Inn

Not just pleasant on the outside, our Pleasantview Gem Inn properties are especially popular among families. With underground parking and floor-to-ceiling windows, there's no shortage of natural light or space.
